In March 2023, X experienced a host of glitches for more than an hour as links stopped working. Some users were unable to log in, and images failed to load for others.
Elon Musk also blamed a “cyberattack,” Although he provided no evidence, for crashing the site last year when an interview with Donald Trump was about to be streamed.
On March 10, 2025, users began reporting issues with the platform early in the day. Outages peaked at 10:00 and 14:00 GMT, with thousands of users unable to access the site, according to the tracking website Downdetector.com.
