On Monday night, tech tycoon Elon Musk utilized his X platform to conduct an interview with Donald Trump. The discussion represented the entire pot of recent incidents that occurred throughout the presidential campaign, serving as an extraordinary chapter with a shocking twist that included the fatal gun attack on Trump and the termination of Biden’s re-election bid.
Trump has struggled to deal with Kamala Harris, the new Democratic nominee. Musk is leveraging his fame and platform to help Donald Trump prepare a better argument against his opponent, Harris.
The former president has given his baseless claim that Biden was illegally dethroned to pave the way for Harris, and he has pointed out that she hasn’t done any interviews since the whole fraud started, and he states it as “a coup of a president of the United States.”
He argued that if Harris is elected in November, she will revert to more liberal stances. The former president attacked Harris for changing her opinion on issues like fracking and decapitalizing the police.
Trump criticized Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, for passing legislation that requires schools to provide free menstruation products in all public restrooms.
A Heritage Foundation study found Democrats have actively marketed it as a roadmap for Donald Trump should he win, as Trump restated his position that he would try to shut down the Department of Education and let states handle the matter on their own, echoing a suggestion from Project 2025.
The Former president said that out of 50 states, he’s sure to win 35.
Musk was able to impress upon a possible future president, who is known for quid pro quo leadership, his own views on immigration, the economy, restraining government regulation, and tax cuts. His companies, including SpaceX, a mainstay in the US space program, and Tesla, which makes electric vehicles, can be affected by changes in government policy. The entire conversation was prevalent with possible conflicts of interest.
It was a 2-hour chummy conversation, and the former US president was grateful for a new friend with Musk in a time of political need.
