Owen, who only started taking acting classes a couple of years ago, spoke to the audience during his acceptance speech.
He shared some inspiring words: “If you listen, focus and push yourself out of your comfort zone, you can achieve great things.” He reflected on his journey by saying, “I was nothing three years ago.”
While accepting the award, Owen humbly acknowledged his team, stating that even though his name is on the trophy, it actually belongs to everyone involved in making the show.
He faced some tough competition in his category, going up against well-known actors like Javier Bardem and Peter Sarsgaard. Other nominees included Rob Delaney and his own co-star, Ashley Walters. Despite the strong competition, Owen’s incredible talent shone through, leading him to victory!
